Doyle Brunson

Doyle Brunson was born in 1933 on 10th August in Texas and his nickname is "Texas Dolly". He has 10 WSOP bracelets to his name with 2 World Championship Of Poker champions events that he won in 1976 and then again in 1977. He is entered into the Poker Walk of Fame and was one of the first 3 players to be entered!

The card had T2 (a full house of Tens over 2's) is nicknamed "Doyle Brunson" after in his 2 WSOP championship winning events in back to back years he won with this hand in them both!

Doyle Brunson wrote his first book called "Super/System" that many considered the best book about poker to read. Brunson even thought that the book ended up costing him money with all the tips and strategy he revealed in it. An updated copy was released in 2004 called "Super System 2"
