Playing a Full House with 2 pairs on the board |

![]() |
If you make a full house when there are 2 pairs on the board you need to play carefully, especially if you hold the lowest full house. Check Example below Your pocket
cards Flop In the example above you have a Full House, 6's full of 10's. In this situation you need to play carefully and watch how your opponent is playing their hand. If they come in with a bet of some sort on the Turn then you have to think that they may have 3 of a kind or 2 pair (you will have to add into your thinking what position they came into the game, were they the big blind or did they actually bet to see the flop. If they bet to see the flop you have to think they had something alright, potentially a pair of something). If then the River comes and you have made a full house now you have to be very careful. If you raise and then they re-raise, of even if they raise before it's your turn or go all in then you have to think that they may well have also made a full house, but one with 10's full of 6's which would beat your 6's full of 10's.
