Poker Face

While playing Poker you need to make sure that anything you do does NOT give any of your opponents and hint as to what you are thinking or what type of hand you have.
Basically you need to make sure that you look, play and act the same if you have a pair of 2's or a Royal Flush, that way the people you are playing against won't know what your hand is like!
Tiny little things can give your whole game away if someone studies you. It may be that you tend to itch your head or the way you look at your cards that could be different but to clever players this is going to give them an advantage!

Also, on the flip side you should be looking at what others are doing, see how they act when they have different poker hands, it may be that they drink more when they have a good hand, just little things that could help to give you the edge!

If you are playing Online Poker you don't really need to worry about this as more than likely no other players will be able to see what you are doing anyway (unless you are playing with a webcam on you and told them where to see it). Some online Poker sites are Pacific Poker and Party Poker
