Fold and don't be Pot-committed, poker strategy

Pot-committed, learn to fold One thing that every poker player will find themselves doing at some point or another is letting themselves get committed to the pot and not able to fold when it is probably the best thing to do. There is no point throwing even more money into the pot if you don't really think that your hand is that good. It can be hard to do when you have already added money to the pot but if you seriously think that you shouldn't have been betting with this hand then it's probably best to fold and live to fight another day!
