In Texas Hold'em your starting hand that you get before the flop is very important. You have got to make a decision based on these cards if you think you have a chance of winning. There is no point playing every hand you get dealt if it is weak as it is hard to make a bad hand into a good hand.

There are certain starting cards pre-flop that you should remember so you know if you should continue or fold.

So if you ever ask yourself "which starting hands should I play" or "I need a starting hand guide" then you can use the suggestions below to help you on your way!

Starting hands to "Raise" with
AA, KK, QQ, AK, JJ, AQ, TT

The following are the hands you should pay to see the flop
AJ, KQ, QJ, JT, T9 (same suit), 99, 88, 77, Ax (Ace and any other card of the same suit)

Use the following guide we have compiled about playing top pairs (Aces & Kings)
