World Poker Showdown, poker tournaments

The WPS (World Poker Showdown) is organized by "Saloon Entertainment" and they specialize in organizing poker tournaments in land based casinos and also on cruise ships!

This year the "WPS Christmas in the Caribbean Poker Cruise 2005 Poker Tournament" will take place aboard the "Mariner of the Seas" and set sail on December 11th 2005 returning to port on the 18th December in time for Christmas. The cruise has a number of stop off's on its journey where you get to enjoy not just the poker but the delights of the Caribbean!
This years event is hosted by Greg Raymer (winner of the World Series of Poker in 2004)
